Valley Catholic Middle School provides a quality education that affords students many opportunities to excel in scholarship, leadership, character development and service. The Sisters of St. Mary of Oregon and the faculty and staff of Valley Catholic School, in partnership with our parents, provide excellent, affordable Catholic values-based education to students in the Portland metropolitan area.

Valley Catholic Middle School hosted its annual open house for prospective families on Sunday, January 12, 2020 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm.

Online Application materials for the 2019-2020 school year will be available on Monday, January 13, 2020. February 8, 2020 is the deadline for the receipt of first round applications for the 2020-2021 academic year.

  • January 17 | Financial Aid | Application via FACTS Due
  • January 24 | Application | Completed Application Due
  • January 27 – February 7 | Spend-a-Day visits Available for applicants with siblings also applying for admissions to a VCS school

  • February 10 – February 28 | Spend-a-Day visits for all other applicants

  • February 28 | Admissions Decisions Mailed to Applicants with siblings applying to VCES for admissions

  • April 1 | Registration Forms due

Tuition

The 2020-2021 middle school tuition is $12,190 for the first child. A multiple child discount is available, reducing $250 for each additional sibling in grades K-12. At the time of registration, new Valley Catholic Middle School families with students in grades 6-8 pay $1,000 to guarantee their child’s place in the class ($325 registration fee and $675 tuition deposit). Both are non-refundable.
