Registration Fee: A $25.00 non-refundable fee will be billed on the first month's statement.
Daily Practice: Parents are asked to help their children schedule a daily practice time. If students do not do satisfactory work, they will be asked to withdraw.
Cancellation Policy: Lessons are scheduled in accordance with the Valley Catholic School calendar for the 2016-2017 academic school year. Cancellation of a lesson must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. One makeup lesson will be allowed per quarter if the student misses their lesson. Otherwise, all missed lesson payments will be forfeited. If a teacher misses a lesson, there will be no charge to the student.
Recitals: Each student is expected to perform in a least two studio recitals per academic year. Recitals are held in November, February and May.
Monthly Billing: Payment is due by the last day of the month following the month of lessons that have taken place. If payment is not received by the last day of the month, a late fee of $10 will be applied to the balance owing. Lessons will be postponed should the account become delinquent. Lessons will resume once the balance has been paid.

I/We the undersigned, enroll the student(s) named in this contract in Valley Catholic Music School for 2015-2016 academic school year. We have read this contract, and we agree to pay the applicable music tuition according to the payment policy and dates described herein. I/We understand that our student’s account must be settled in full by the due date of the selected payment plan in order that the student named in this contract be allowed to continue in the Valley Catholic Music School program. Should Valley Catholic Music School incur any attorney fees, court costs or other expenses in collecting the balance due, the undersigned (parents or guardians) agree to pay all such costs and to consider such costs as additional fees.
