All Valley Catholic High School student-athletes and their parents must register online, pay the registration fee, and submit a current physical examination form before students are eligible to participate in practices, games, meets, etc. The fee for each sport is $125 per athlete, with a maximum of $250 per year per student. Each student-athlete must be registered separately, but more than one student’s fee may be paid at once.
** 2021 Athletic Fee has been reduced to $65 per athlete per sport with a maximum of $125 per student. Maximum per family is $325.
- Online registration is available. For information, please contact Valley Catholic Assistant Athletic Director Kelly Alfieri at [email protected]
Physicals are required every two years and must be completed prior to participation in a sport. Physicals are valid for two years from the date they are issued. The physicals must be completed on the OSAA-sanctioned form and on file in the Valley Catholic High School Athletic Office prior to the first day of practice.
Students transferring from another high school – not entering as freshmen – must complete an OSAA Eligible Student Transfer Certificate. This certificate must be turned in to the Athletic Office to be on file prior to participation in athletics.
