Much Ado About Nothing is William Shakespeare’s classic story about two proud rivals, Beatrice and Benedick, who are tricked by their friends and family into revealing their love for each other.  When Benedick’s friend, Claudio, is deceived into believing that Hero, the woman he is going to marry, has been unfaithful, Beatrice and Benedick join forces to reunite the lovers.

“Audiences have adored the play for hundreds of years for its poignantly funny take on love,” said Ginnie Sutfin, director and drama teacher at Valley Catholic. “The students have had a great time playing these timeless characters and discovering the comedy, and they’ve also risen to the challenge of the language of the play. I’m so proud of this cast, many of whom are gracing the Valley Catholic stage for the first time.”
