Alan Hendrickson is the contact for Boy Scouts. Boy Scouting is fun and educational program designed for boys between 5th Grade and 12th Grade/Age 18 with a focus on building character, physical fitness, practical skills and community service. Volunteers are needed to serve as assistant scoutmasters with responsibilities for helping coordinate the logistics of the boy-planned and -led activities in our year-round program; you do not have to have a Boy Scout child to participate. Let's celebrate our cultural diversity! This is the very first campus-wide International Festival we are organizing. this is the first time we are doing this at the school and will promote it campus-wide. VCES is now 54% minority so all the more we need to celebrate our cultural diversity. Weâre planning to do this at the Eagle Gym on May 21, 2011 with lots of food, and programs and/or presentations from the different cultures. It'll be fun for sure!
