High School Curriculum

Valley Catholic High School's classes are based on trained critical thinking, hopefulness, and delight in knowledge. The school aspires to freedom in teaching, not standardization. Its teachers custom-make their classes, choose their books, and teach in ways they find effective, interesting, challenging, and humane.

The curriculum is rigorous and ambitious: Advanced Placement (AP) courses are offered in Calculus AB, Calculus BC, Biology, Chemistry, Physics B, Physics C, Computer Science A, English Language and Composition, English Literature and Composition, Studio Art, and Music Theory. In addition to these AP classes, curriculum and instruction to prepare for AP exams are offered in U.S. History, French, Spanish, and Japanese.

Valley Catholic's curriculum includes Religion, English, Social Studies, Math, Science, Technology, Foreign Languages, Fine Arts, and Health and Physical Education. The student/teacher ratio is 14:1.
