This school year, our school will be continuing use of Mathletics, a web-based math program that gives students and families 24-hour access to math learning and fun.

Music is an important part of the Valley Catholic School curriculum and life on the Sisters of St. Mary of Oregon (SSMO) campus. So the Sisters were delighted when Valley Catholic first graders came to the SSMO Motherhouse to perform.
Shrieks of ghoulish fright. Shrieks of youthful delight. You could hear both at the 2014 Valley Catholic Elementary School Halloween Carnival, held on Oct. 24.

Your children can spend time with their friends and enjoy healthy snacks, games and a movie while you enjoy three kid-free hours! Students who do not attend Valley Catholic are welcome to attend.
Dr. Darci Walker from Core Parenting, who joined us last year for a talk on setting limits and boundaries with children, will be putting together a presentation on "mindfulness in parenting," and she's looking forward to sharing with you.
We invite all parents, but especially second-grade parents, to attend our second parent and principal social in the school library on Wednesday morning (11/5) at 7:55 a.m., right after our school's morning prayer and announcements.
