The Valiants are in the Final Four in their first year in 4A competition. Our varsity girls basketball team will play Henley tonight (Friday, March 13) at 6:30 p.m. at Hillsboro's Liberty High School.

An outstanding season by our boys basketball team in their first year in 4A competition came to an end Friday, March 6, as the Valiants bowed to Marshfield in Coos Bay in the state playoffs.

In their final regular competition of the season, Charisma earned first place at the Liberty competition last Saturday. They will compete in the state tournament March 20 and 21 at Portland's Memorial Coliseum.

In the 2015 State Ski Championships, Ben took fourth overall in a field of 110 competitors.

In their first 4A state tournament game on Saturday, March 7, the team defeated Junction City decisively 57-26. They are scheduled to face Seaside in the next round on Thursday, March 12 at 6:30 p.m. at Liberty High School.

All of our athletic teams have ventured into unfamiliar territory this year — the 4A Cowapa League — and have performed Valiantly, some even through injuries. We congratulate these nine basketball players who have been honored by All-League team status.

A parent pre-game fiesta, a state-tournament basketball game and a terrific musical all converge on campus this Saturday afternoon and evening - enjoy one, two, or all three events.

This weekend, both our girls and boys teams will play first-round games in the state tournament: boys will play in Coos Bay on Friday, and girls will play on Saturday at home at 5 p.m.
