Valley Catholic Auction to be Held at Embassy Suites

All That Jazz on April 14, 2012 promises to be a night to remember when we gather as a community for the 2012 auction. As a guest, you will enjoy the ambience of New Orleans while being entertained by live jazz.
We are excited to announce that the 2012 auction venue will be the Embassy Suites – Washington Square. After researching our options, we determined that holding this year’s event at Embassy Suites is less costly overall than hosting the event in our gymnasiums. Embassy Suites understands our mission and is partnering with us to make this auction a great fundraiser for Valley Catholic School.
This year’s ticket price will be adjusted to reflect the cost savings we anticipate by holding the auction at the Embassy Suites. Tickets will be $65 apiece—a savings of $20 per couple—and will go on sale in February. If you have not attended our auction in the past, we hope you will join us this year. It is a powerful experience to be in a room with hundreds of people who believe in the mission of Valley Catholic School.
This is your auction! It benefits your children and every family with students in our PreK-12th grades. The funds raised keep tuition affordable and enhance the experience each child receives as a student at Valley Catholic.
There are endless ways you can become involved this year. A handful of volunteers have been working this fall and planning is in full swing, but we need more people to help. There’s a job for everyone who wants one! For Elementary School families, the hours spent volunteering for the auction count toward your required volunteer hours. We invite you to join us for the official kick off on Jan. 24 in the Elementary & Middle School Cafeteria at 8 a.m.

The auction is truly a celebration of all that we value about Valley Catholic School. The generosity of guests who attend the auction has created a tradition for which to be proud. We can’t wait to see what All That Jazz has in store for us in 2012!
