Sara Kolsky joined the VCELS staff in February 2009 bringing a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and experience in After School Care. As the Snapdragon Lead Teacher, Sara is responsible for overseeing at least three staff and between 60-75 elementary school students each day.

Sara loves to travel and she says she’d like to have the super power ability to fly so that she can travel to more countries faster and more frequently! Sara enjoys hanging out with her friends and playing with her dog, Hoover.

We know that Sara will one day leave us for an elementary classroom of her own. In the meantime, we appreciate her ability to manage such a big responsibility with our K-6th grade students after school each day.
