Scholarships
There are two opportunities for music scholarships. A $500 scholarship is offered by Valley Catholic High School. The audition is held at the High School on the fourth Saturday in January and is open to all eighth graders. Interested students must prepare two pieces of music (no pop/rock) of a contrasting nature, submit an application for admission, and call Valley Catholic High School for an audition time.
The second opportunity for a music scholarship is held in the Valley Catholic Music School on the fourth Thursday in May and is open to all students who have been registered in the Music School for two years. The scholarships range from $75-$150. Music teacher recommendation is required.
