Each school must submit a School Entry Form, one Project Entry Form for each project submitted and any necessary accompanying forms (Human Subject or Vertebrate Subject forms) dependent on the type of project submitted. All forms and fees must be received by Valley Catholic Middle School by 5 p.m., Friday, April 4th. No exceptions.

The special NWSE Special School Entry Form is for schools that have students who are participating in the Northwest Science Expo in March. Catholic school students who participate in NWSE may be entered in VCMS Science Fair without counting against the school's three projects per category quota.
