VALLEY CATHOLIC MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETICS
The Middle School (6th-8th grade) offers volleyball, basketball, swimming, and track and field through the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO). Our Middle School football players play for the Region 6 CYO team comprised of players from several local Catholic schools. Coaches for the 7th & 8th grade volleyball and basketball CYO teams are chosen by the head High School varsity coach in each sport and sometimes serve, too, as high school coaches. The 6th grade coaches are generally volunteer parents.
In addition to the CYO sports, our middle school also offers cross country in the fall and basketball in the spring. These are non-CYO sports and organized by current Valley coaches or staff members.
