Pat Christiansen
Pat Christiansen began teaching 4-6 Science at Valley Catholic in 2005. Beginning in 2011, Mrs. C will be teaching 6th grade Earth Science and Health. Raised in Iowa, Pat received her BS and MS from Iowa State University. She holds BS degrees in Psychology and Biology, and a Master’s degree in General Graduate Studies. Certified in the state of Oregon since 1984, Pat has taught in Catholic schools her entire career. Pat is very active in her church community, where she teaches Confirmation classes and serves on various committees. She and her husband Steve have two children and a beloved Basset Hound. Paul graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma in 2010 with a degree in Political Science. Laura is a student at Western Washington University and is studying Early Childhood Education. Satchel, the Basset, spends his days looking after the rest of the household.
