Brenna Brown
Born and raised in the corn capital of the nation, Brenna Brown earned her B.A. in English and her secondary-education certification at The University of Iowa. In 1999 she migrated from the heartland to Oregon and Valley Catholic, where she teaches English 9, English 12, and AP Literature and Composition and is Chairwoman of the English Department. In her ten years at Valley Brenna has become a wife to Jason, a step-mother to Wade, and a teacher to hundreds of teenagers. Once all the essays are graded Brenna loves to read an actual novel, experiment in the kitchen, camp with friends, or just stroll about the environs of SE Portland with Jason and the family dog.
